Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply email us at hello@thesugarbird.com and we'll let you know how to proceed.

Once we have received your returned item, we'll inspect it and, provided it is returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, we'll process your refund within 15 days using the original payment method.
