Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon, so stay tuned!

If you're interested in wholesale orders, we can arrange shipping to destinations outside South Africa. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements and receive a shipping quote.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been received.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

To help you save on shipping, we recommend placing all your items in a single order. Orders placed separately cannot be combined once they've been processed, and shipping charges will apply to each order.

Every Sugarbird order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We take extra care with delicate items, such as art prints, using protective packaging to keep them in perfect condition during transit.
